Regarding product returns and exchanges

If the delivered product is different from what you ordered, we will replace the product.

⚫Deadline for returns/exchanges

If you contact us within 7 days after receiving the product, we will be able to exchange or refund the product.

⚫Notes

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following products.

・If the customer has used it once

・If scratches or damage occur due to the customer's responsibility

・If 7 days have passed after receiving the product
